The Charmer Sunbelt Group believes in providing knowledge and insight to our retail partners in an effort to increase their traffic and sales.  To that end, CSG conducts a comprehensive 10-session product knowledge program about the world of wine. The program begins with the basics of tasting and talking about wine, the art and science of food and wine pairing, and wine list writing.  It subsequently delves into the history, viticultural and vinification practices and regional differences of all of the major wine regions in the world. Examples from the world’s great winemaking regions are tasted at each session.
