Kevin Karcher
President and CEO

Kevin Karcher brings 30 years of industry experience to his role as President and CEO of Ben Arnold Beverage Company, a position he has held since March 2009.  Prior to joining Ben Arnold, Kevin served for 13 years with Capital Wine & Spirits LLC as President and CEO and General Sales Manager.  Prior to joining The Charmer Sunbelt Group, Kevin held positions with Heublein, Stimson Lane Wine & Spirits and Margolis Wines & Spirits Inc.  He is on the Board and Advisory Committee of the NABCA and is a member of several organizations including the American Wine Society and South Carolina Wholesalers Association.  Kevin received a BS in Business with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising from Duquesne University.

  
Mike Sisk
Executive Vice President, CFO

Mike Sisk has spent his 11-year career in the beverage alcohol industry with The Charmer Sunbelt Group, joining Ben Arnold in 1999 as the company’s Executive Vice President and CFO, the position he holds today.  Prior to joining Ben Arnold, Mike worked with companies including Arthur Anderson; Elliot/David & Company, Audit & Business Consulting; Standard Corporation; and as a Certified Public Accountant.  In addition, he is a member of the Wachovia Bank Advisory Board of Directors; Leadership South Carolina, Finance Committee Chair; Midlands Technical College Foundation Board; and has been the Chairman of the Hootie & the Blowfish Monday After the Masters Pro-AM Golf  Tournament since 2008. 

William Russell
Vice President, General Manager, Premier Division
  
William Russell has a 24-year career in the beverage alcohol industry, including 12 years with The Charmer Sunbelt Group.  He has served as the Vice President and General Manager, Premier Division for Ben Arnold since 2007.  Prior to assuming that post, William held positions for Ben Arnold including that of Sales Director, Premier Division (2003-2007); Retail Wine Sales Manager (1999-2002); and Chain Manager (1997-1999).  Before Joining Ben Arnold, he worked with companies including E&J Gallo, Gallo Wine Company and Perlstine Distributors.  William has a BA in Finance and a BA in Management from the University of South Carolina. 

Eugene Hall
Vice President, General Manager, Alliance Division
   
Eugene Hall has spent his 24-year career in the beverage alcohol industry with The Charmer Sunbelt Group.  Prior to assuming the position of Vice President, Alliance Division in 2009, Eugene held several positions for Ben Arnold including that of Vice President, Spirit Sales from 1998-2003 and again in 2004-2009; Director of Wine Sales from 2003-2004; Sales Manager from 1994-1998; Assistant Sales Manger from 1992-1994; Field Sales Manger from 1991-1992; Sales Representative from 1988-1991; and Merchandiser from 1986-1988.  Eugene has a BA in Administrative Management from Clemson University.

Paul Williams
Vice President, Dynasty Division

Paul Williams has 27 years in the beverage alcohol industry, including 14 years with The Charmer Sunbelt Group where he has served as Vice President, Wine Sales for Ben Arnold since 2005.  Paul also served as Director of Wine Sales from 2004-2005; Vice President, Spirit Sales from 2003-2004; Coastal Region General Manager, Wine Sales from 1997-2003; and Sales Manager, Wine Sales – Charleston/Hilton Head from 1996-1997.  Prior to joining Ben Arnold, Paul worked with companies including Pearlstine Distributors, E&J Gallo Winery and Colonial Stores Inc. in Atlanta, GA.  Paul is a graduate of Kennesaw University.

Martin Fettig
Vice President, Marketing
 
Martin Fettig has a career in lifestyle consumer goods marketing that spans over 25 years, nine of which have been spent in the beverage alcohol industry.  He joined Ben Arnold in 2007 as Director, Marketing followed by a promotion in 2008 to Vice President, Marketing, the position he currently holds.  Prior to working with Ben Arnold, Martin served in a variety of posts with companies including Flexor Sports Training, Skyy Spirits, Prospect Ridge Beverage Corporation, Coleman Outdoor Recreation and UST Greenwich.  He is a member of the American Marketing Association.  Martin has a BA in Marketing from the University of Colorado and also has graduation level education in marketing and management from Syracuse University, Kellogg and Wharton Business Schools.

Frank Parks
Vice President, Human Resources
 
Frank Parks began his career in the beverage alcohol industry with Ben Arnold in 2002, joining the company as Vice president, Human Resources, the post he holds today.   Prior to joining Ben Arnold, Frank served in high-level positions for companies including Cooper Industries, Owen Steel Company, Cone Mills Corporation, South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Colonial Stores, Inc.  He sits on the Advisory Board of the University of South Carolina’s School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, and is on the Board of Directors of Keep Fairfield Beautiful.  Frank holds a BA in Economics from Wofford College. 

Robert Gist
Vice President, Operations
 
Robert Gist has 20 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry, including 10 years with Ben Arnold where he currently serves as Vice President, Operations.  Prior to joining the company, Robert held positions with BMW, owned retail outlet Alcoholic Beverages, and worked with Duke Energy Company.  He is on the Board of Directors of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce and the Warehouse Education Research Council.  Robert attended Clemson University where he received a BS in Industrial Management. 

Larry Graves
Vice President, Information Technology
 
Larry Graves has worked for 28 years in the beverage alcohol industry, 25 of them with The Charmer Sunbelt Group.  He served as Director, IT for Ben Arnold from 1985 – 1994, after which he was promoted to his present position of Vice President, IT.  Prior to joining Ben Arnold, Larry was IT Director for companies including Columbia Distributing and Bradley Plywood.  Larry attended Armstrong State College.
