Cosmo Dreams

INGREDIENTS:
¾ oz  Ketel One Citreon vodka
¾ oz Stirrings  Triple Sec liqueur
¾ oz  Cranberry juice
¼ oz Fresh Lime juice
2 ½ oz Korbel Brut Champagne

DIRECTIONS:
Assemble Ketel One Citreon vodka, Stirrings Triple Sec Liqueur and juices in a shaker with ice and shake well to chill. Strain into champagne glass and fill with Korbel Brut Champagne. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

Long Island Ice Tea

INGREDIENTS:
¼ oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
¼ oz Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
¼ oz Captain Morgan Silver Spiced Rum
¼ oz Cuervo Especial Gold
¼ oz Stirrings Triple Sec Liqueur
1 oz sweet and sour mix
6 oz  cola
1 lemon wedge

DIRECTIONS:
Add Tanqueray London Dry, Smirnoff No. 21Vodka, Captain Morgan Silver Spiced Rum, Cuervo Especial Gold, Stirrings Triple Sec and sweet and sour mix in  an ice filled  Collins glass and stir. Top with cola. Garnish with lemon wedge.

The Perfect Mai Tai 

INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz  Bacardi Superior Rum
½ oz  Bacardi Select Rum
½ oz  Stirrings Triple Sec Liqueur
½ oz  Di Saronno Amaretto
½ oz  Rose’s Grenadine
1/3 oz  Rose’s Lime Juice
Crushed ice
Sprig of mint

DIRECTIONS:
Half fill the shaker with ice cubes. Combine Bacardi Superior Rum, Bacardi Select Rum, Stirrings Triple Sec Liqueur, Di Saronno Amaretto, Rose’s Grenadine and Rose’s Lime Juice in shaker with ice cubes. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake well. Remove the lid and fit the strainer over the shaker. Almost fill the old-fashioned glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Add the sprig of mint to decorate.

Hendrick’s Tonic

INGREDIENTS:
2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
1 part tonic water 

DIRECTIONS:
Combine Hendrick’s Gin and tonic water into highball glass over ice cubes.
Add a cucumber garnish.
