The Charmer Sunbelt Group conducts a comprehensive 10-session product knowledge program about the world of wine. The program begins with the basics of tasting and talking about wine, the art and science of food and wine pairing, and wine-list writing. It subsequently explores the viticultural and vinification practices, history, and regional differences of all of the major wine regions in the world.
