About 3,000 of South Carolina’s politically active trendsetters witnessed history on Tuesday, Jan. 12, as Nikki Haley was inaugurated as the state’s first female governor. The inaugural gala event followed her official inauguration that afternoon at the state capital and was held at the Colonial Life Arena in downtown Columbia.

Mike Sisk, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ben Arnold Beverage Co., has worked with the governor throughout her campaign. While Mike is politically and socially active in the Columbia community, he never misses an opportunity to build sales and exposure for Ben Arnold’s brands. Mike coordinated with the marketing team and a product donation was made. 

In honor of our state’s new governor, we selected a “red, white and blue” theme with Ciroc Vodka, one of the hottest brands in South Carolina and the nation. In addition, the Ciroc Inaugural Special was created and exclusively featured as the signature cocktail at all of the bars throughout the gala. The Inaugural Special featured Ciroc Red Berry in celebration of the governor's “red state” victory.
