 Diageo Awards CSG 15 Golden Bars 

In a showing that can only be called remarkable, The Charmer Sunbelt Group was awarded 15 Golden Bar awards from Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company. These awards acknowledge our houses’ excellence across multiple categories, disciplines, and markets. The Charmer Sunbelt Group led all other distributors in number of Golden Bars and even beat our record last year when we won 10.

“I remember how pleased I was with last year’s Golden Bar accolades,” said Charlie Merinoff. “The fact that we did better this year is truly a confirmation of our structure, capabilities, and processes. Every one of our associates should feel proud about this achievement. Diageo hosts the Golden Bar Awards, the beverage alcohol industry's equivalent of the Academy Awards, every year to celebrate distributors and brokers from across the United States for their excellence in the marketplace and the important role they play in their communities. Each of our Houses that won will receive statuettes made of 24-carat gold. Each Golden Bar statuette weighs eight pounds, stands more than a foot tall, and is produced by the same company that created the Oscar.
