Bob Drinon
President and CEO

Bob Drinon has served as the president and CEO of Premier Beverage since 2004. His career in the beverage alcohol industry spans over 25 years, with the last 16 years spent working with The Charmer Sunbelt Group. Prior to his current position, Bob held several senior positions at Premier Beverage, including executive vice president, managing director and general sales manager. Before joining CSG, he worked with Blair Importers and Carillon Importers. Bob is a member of the Retail Beverage Council and the Florida Chamber of Commerce and is on the financial board of the American Red Cross. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Arizona State University and an executive master's degree in business administration from Harvard University.

Eric Pfeil
Executive Vice President

Eric Pfeil has been executive vice president at Premier Beverage since 2010. He also has served at Premier as vice president of sales and education from 2007 to 2009, director of sales from 2005 to 2007 and general sales manager, South Florida, from 2003 to 2005. During his 25 years in the wine and spirits industry, Eric has held several positions with E&J Gallo (both domestically and internationally), Glazer’s and Republic Beverage. Eric serves as an advisory member to the Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation, as well as the YMCA of West Broward in Weston. Eric received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.

Eric Roth
Vice President of Finance

Eric Roth has been with Premier Beverage since 1980, joining the company as vice president of operations for the Tampa Distribution Center, a post he held until 2006, when he became chief financial officer. Prior to his years at Premier Beverage, Eric worked with McKesson Wine & Spirits and the Bank of Indian Rock. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of South Florida.

Patrick Passanante
Director of Human Resources

Patrick has been in the beverage alcohol industry for almost ten years, all of them with CSG, when he joined Premier Beverage as director of human resources, a post he still holds today. Prior to his work in the industry, Patrick worked with Federal Express for almost 15 years. He belongs to the Broward Society for Human Resources and the Greater Miami Society for Human Resources. Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University.

Mike Schick
Vice President of Logistics

Mike has over 35 years experience in the beverage alcohol industry. He became the vice president of logistics for Premier Beverage in 1992 and remains in that position today. Prior to joining Premier Beverage, Mike worked with Alliance Beverage and Pacific Crown Distributor, holding a number of positions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from Elon University and currently sits on the board of directors for Med America.
