Q: I ordered products from Premier, but what arrived was not what I ordered. How do I send it back?

A: Occasionally items are shipped in error. To schedule a pickup of those products, call Premier’s Sales Support departments in the location nearest your business:

Q: My account has been listed and now I can’t order any alcohol for my business! What do I do?

A: If your account has been listed with the state of Florida by Premier Beverage and you’d like to discuss the status of that account, call Premier’s Accounts Receivable department at 800-935-6288, ext. 18721. If your account has been listed by another distributor, you will need to call the distributor and discuss your account status with that company before ordering alcohol from any Florida distributor.
