Valentine Rootbeer Plus
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Bacardi Rum
8 oz. root beer
Fill with ice
DIRECTIONS:
Pour into glass and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 oz. Hendricks Gin
1/2 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila Rose 30
1/2 oz. Rio Grande Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Finlandia Vodka 80
Cola
Sweet and sour mix
1 or 2 dashes bitters
One lemon wedge
DIRECTIONS:
Fill 14 oz. glass with ice and pour in liquors. Fill 2/3 glass with the cola and remainder with sweet and sour. Top with dash of bitters and lemon wedge.
Blushing Geisha
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
1 oz. pomegranate juice
2 oz. Livingston Cellars Red Rose wine
Lime wedge for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well. Strain into a stemmed glass or over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Disaronno Sour
INGREDIENTS:
1 part Disaronno Originale Liqueur
3 parts sour mix
DIRECTIONS:
Pour ingredients over ice. Stir. Garnish with a cherry.
Disaronno O.J.
INGREDIENTS:
1 part Disaronno Originale Liqueur
3 parts orange juice
DIRECTIONS:
Pour ingredients over ice. Stir. Garnish with an orange slice.
First and Ten
INGREDIENTS:
Makes two cocktails:
1/2 oz. Bacardi Anejo Rum
3 oz. McCormick Gin
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. grapefruit juice
2 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. lime juice
Dash Grenadine
Splash soda water or seltzer
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all fruit juices and gin in a large shaker half-filled with ice. Strain into two glasses filled with ice. Top with grenadine and soda water and float the rum.
Batida Rosa Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Old Forester Bourbon
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. Finest Call Grenadine
3 oz. sparkling mineral water
1 fresh pineapple spear
DIRECTIONS:
Shake ingredients over cracked ice and strain into a large wine glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling mineral water and garnish with pineapple spear.
Champagne Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 sugar cubes
2 drops Angostura bitters
8 oz. Kobrel Brut Champagne, chilled
DIRECTIONS:
Place one sugar cube in each of two Champagne glasses. Add one or two drops bitters to each sugar cube. Pour half the Champagne into each glass. Serve immediately.
Classic Whisky Sour
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Jack Daniels’ Whisky
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. sugar syrup
5 ice cubes
Orange wedge and cherry for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Shake the ingredients with cracked ice. Strain and pour into a cocktail.
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 oz. Stolichnaya Vodka
1/2 oz. McCormick Irish Cream
1/2 oz. butterscotch liqueur
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 splash Grenadine syrup
Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Pour Irish cream, vodka, liqueur and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake and strain into a drink glass. Slowly add a splash of grenadine to the bottom of each glass and serve. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.
Valentine Sunrise Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Herradura Reposado Tequila
Orange juice
Grenadine
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the tequila into a glass with ice. Fill glass with orange juice and add two dashes of grenadine. Garnish with a cherry.
Roof Garden Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 thyme sprigs
2 mint leaves
2 oz. sour mix
3 oz. premium Grey Goose Vodka
3 oz. soda and ice
Additional fresh thyme and mint sprigs, for garnish.
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle thyme and mint in a tumbler. Add sour mix and vodka. Stir with soda and ice. Garnish with thyme and mint and serve.
Dry Martini
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. Bombay Gin
1/2 oz. Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth
Olive for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Pour into Martini glass and add the olive.
Pink Gin
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. McCormick Gin
3 dashes of bitters
Twist of lemon peel
DIRECTIONS:
Stir the gin and bitters in a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel. This is generally served without ice, but you may want to chill the gin in the freezer. Optional: Add water or a splash of soda.
Awesome Apple Martini
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Newport Sour Apple Schnapps
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1 oz. apple juice
3 Granny Smith apple slices
DIRECTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine apple schnapps, vodka and apple juice. Mix well. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of Granny Smith apple.
Red Lotus
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. Stolichnaya Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Bols Lychee
1 oz. Cranberry juice
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the vodka, lychee and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
The Flu Shot
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz. Seagrams Vodka
5 oz. diet ginger ale
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1/2 cup of ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and mix well. Strain out ice, pouring into chilled glasses. Garnish with slice of lime.
Cupid's Honey
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Seagrams Raspberry vodka
1 oz. apple schnapps
1/2 oz. coconut rum
1/2 oz. lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Shake with ice, garnish with an apple slice.
Valentine Passion
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. McCormick Vodka
1.5 oz. passion fruit juice
1 oz. coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar
Ice
Garnish as needed
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together in a mixer and then put them in a glass full of ice.
Cupid's Vanilla Bean
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Stolichnaya Vanilla vodka
1/2 oz. peach schnapps
1 oz. sour mix
Splash of crème de cacao
DIRECTIONS:
Shake with ice, garnish with a peach slice.
Valentine Strawberry Kiss
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
Splash cranberry juice
Splash pineapple juice
1/2 oz. strawberry liqueur
2 oz. Korbel Brut Champagne
DIRECTIONS:
Serve in a champagne flute glass and garnish with a strawberry.
P.A.S.S.
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
3 oz. Korbel Brut Champagne
1 oz. cassis
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the vodka, grapefruit juice and champagne directly into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Pour the cassis generously over the ice cubes. Garnish with a blackberry.
Chocolate Martini
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Three Olives Chocolate Vodka
1 oz. Godiva chocolate liqueur
1 oz. half and half
DIRECTIONS:
Shake with ice and pour into a martini glass with chocolate syrup swirl.
Bay Breeze
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. Three Olives Vodka
4 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cranberry juice
DIRECTIONS:
Mix in a glass filled with ice. Stir well. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
2 oz. cream

INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. Grey Goose vodka L'Orange
Dash of Dry Noilly Pratt
DIRECTIONS:

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1/2 oz. white creme de cacao
DIRECTIONS:
Coat the rim of the glass with chocolate syrup.
Flying Black Tie Martini
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1/4 oz. scotch
1/4 oz. Campari
DIRECTIONS:
Stir. Place into tumbler with ice, shake and serve. Garnish with toothpick with a pearl onion between two black olives.
French Cosmopolitan
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. Grey Goose L'Orange
1/2 oz. Cointreau
Dash of cranberry juice
A squeeze of lime
DIRECTIONS:
Garnish with a lime peel.
La Vanille Chocotini
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 parts Grey Goose la Vanille
1/2 part white creme de cacao
DIRECTIONS:
Coat the rim of the glass with chocolate syrup.
La Vanille Creamsicle
INGREDIENTS:
1 part Grey Goose La Vanille
1 part Grey Goose L'Orange
Splash of triple sec
Splash of orange juice
top with fresh cream
DIRECTIONS:
Garnish with an orange twist
La Vanille Iced Coffee
INGREDIENTS:
2 parts Grey Goose La Vanille
6 parts iced coffee
DIRECTIONS:
Pour La Vanille over ice cubes in a glass mug. Fill with iced coffee and stir.
Le Citron Apple Martini
INGREDIENTS:
3 parts Grey Goose Le Cintron
Dash of Cointreau
Dash of Sour Apple schnapps
DIRECTIONS:
Shake with ice, strain and garnish with a slice of Granny Smith apple.
French Kiss
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Stolichnaya Vodka
1.5 oz. Chambord
Splash (kiss) of Pineapple Juice
DIRECTIONS:
Shake over ice and strain. Served in chilled martini glass.
Godmother
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Stolichnaya Vodka
1 oz. amaretto
DIRECTIONS:
Build over ice in a rocks glass. Top with some crushed ice (snow fine).
Harvey Wallbanger
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 oz. Galliano
4 oz. orange juice
1 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
DIRECTIONS:
Pour vodka and orange juice into a collins glass filled with ice cubes and stir. Float galliano on top by pouring slowly over a teaspoon turned bottom-side up.
Bloody Mary
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
3 oz. tomato juice
.5 oz lemon juice
7 drops Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
Freshly ground pepper
1 dash celery salt, freshly grated
DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a pint glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with slice of celery.
