1. First obtain all necessary licenses from both the State and the County Liquor Board and any required permits from the County.

2. Contact Stacy Brown at 1-800-492-5150 ext. 16026. She will require a faxed copy of your License and need the business phone number, fax number and contact name.

3. When Stacy Brown has all the necessary paperwork, she will fax a copy of the State Blanket Certificate of Resale which should be filled in and faxed back.

4. If the customer wishes to obtain credit or use checks to pay for goods, they need to contact Mike Cymbalist at 1-800-492-5150 ext. 15205.  He will fax the required documents. For credit, those documents are an Application for Credit and a Guarantee of Credit which must be completed and notarized. To use a check, the document is a Check Guarantee, which must be completed and notarized.
