Kevin Dunn
President

Kevin Dunn, president of Washington Wholesale and Reliable Churchill, has spent over 25 years in the beverage alcohol industry. He has served as president since 2003, following three years as vice president and general sales manager. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.

Robert Roettger
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Operations Officer

Robert Roettger began his career with Churchill in 1977 as a sales promotion manager. He was later employed by the wine spectrum of Coca Cola as a state manager and by Taylor California Cellars as brand manager and a national sales coordinator. Bob returned to Churchill in 1983 as a wine manager and was promoted to vice president, director of wine, in 1989 and to senior vice president in 1997.

Jeff Scarry
Vice President, General Sales Manager

 Jeff Scarry brought 13 years of industry experience to Washington Wholesale when he joined the company as on-premise spirits sales manager in 2001. In 2003, he was promoted to vice president, general sales manager, and in 2009 assumed the position he currently holds. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Jay Milne
Vice President, Finance
 
Jay Milne joined The Charmer Sunbelt Group in January 1998 as assistant controller of Washington Wholesale. He was promoted to controller in 1999 and to the position of vice president of finance in 2003. Jay was promoted to his current position in June of 2009. Prior to joining CSG, Jay worked in public accounting where he specialized in clients in the wholesale distribution industry. Jay is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Mount St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Md.

Demille Richardson
Vice President, Marketing
 
Demille Richardson joined Washington Wholesale and Reliable Churchill in 2006, bringing experience in both consumer products marketing and the beverage alcohol industry. Prior to joining CSG, she worked with established brands such as Yoplait and in new product development in the General Mills Snacks Division. Demille also spent six months in a cross-functional assignment in the Sales department, working with Winn Dixie and Harris Teeter. She moved to AV Imports in 2003 as brand manager for several of its Italian brands before joining Washington Wholesale and Reliable Churchill. Demille received her undergraduate degree in international business and finance and her master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Jason Savage
Vice President, Director of Human Resources
   
Jason Savage began his career in 2004 with Reliable Churchill as the director of human resources. He was promoted to his current position as vice president, director of human resources, for Washington Wholesale and Reliable Churchill in 2009. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York, a master's degree in business administration from New York Institute of Technology and an HR certificate from the Wharton School, as well as an SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Services).

David Kim
General Sales Manager

David Kim joined Washington Wholesale in July of 2003 as a retail sales manager. In 2005, he was promoted to off-premise division manager, in which role he also actively participated as a subject matter expert during the original Systems Applications and Products development and rollout process. In 2008, he was promoted to director of sales. David has excelled in these various roles and has been a valuable member of the Washington Wholesale team.

Chang Park
Director of Sales

Chang Park joined Pinnacle House of Washington Wholesale as an off-premise sales manager in September 2008, bringing 17 years of experience in the alcohol beverage industry. Prior to joining CSG, he represented various suppliers, such as Fortune Brands, Pernod Ricard, Gallo, and Remy-Cointreau, as part of a management team within the distributor network. He was promoted to director of sales in September of 2010.
