 Becoming a Customer 

1. A customer must first obtain the necessary license and permits from the city.

2.  After obtaining the documents, fax the License and Sales and Use Permit to Washington Wholesale (Fax: 202-832-7366). A customer number will be assigned and the Sales department notified. The customer now becomes a COD account.

3. For customers who want to obtain credit or use checks:

  • Contact the Accounts Receivable department. They will fax the required documents to the customer.
  • Credit documents: Application for Credit and a Guarantee of Credit. Both must be completed and notarized.
  • To use checks, the Check Guarantee document must be completed and notarized.
