Old Scotsman
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Old Forrestor
.5 oz. Martini Dry Vermouth
.5 oz. Martini Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz. Drambuie
Orange Peel Garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice and stir together with a bar spoon for 30 to 45 seconds until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an expressed orange peel.
French Garden
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Grey Goose LaPoire
.25 oz. Cointreau
.25 oz. St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz. fresh sours
Edible flower garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an edible flower.
Gingle Maple Manhattan
INGREDIENTS:
2.25 oz. Woodford Reserve
.5 oz. Licor 43
.25 oz. maple syrup
Fresh grated ginger
Dash bitters
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an expressed orange peel.
Spiced Bat Punch
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Bacardi Oakheart
1 oz. apple cider
1 oz. Benedictine
.5 oz. maple syrup
.5 oz. lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with an apple slice.
Old-Fashioned Bonfire
INGREDIENTS:
1 orange wheel
2 cherries
1/4 oz. agave nectar
2 dashes of bitters
2 oz. Southern Comfort Fiery Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle all ingredients together and top with ice. Splash with club soda, if desired.
Maple Wood Toddy
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Collingwood Whisky
1 oz. Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz. Amaro Averna
.5 oz. maple syrup
3 oz. hot water
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients into a coffee cup and stir together. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon twist.
Chocolate Fire
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Finlandia Vodka
3/4 oz. SoCo Fiery Pepper
1 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1/4 oz. agave
DIRECTIONS:
Shake together over ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a small red chili.
Tarra's Tea
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. Herradura Blanco
6 fresh tarragon leaves
1 slice cucumber
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. agave nectar
1 oz. chamomile tea
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle all ingredients together and shake vigorously over ice. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a tarragon leaf.
