Empire Merchants North, LLC was formed on September 1, 2007, through the combination of Service-Universal Distributors, Inc. and Colony Liquor & Wine Distributors, LLC. The company employs 623 Associates and distributes approximately 5 million cases per year. EMN is the only major locally-owned distributorship in Upstate New York.
