Classic Whisky Sour

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Jack Daniel's Whiskey
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. sugar syrup
5 ice cubes
Orange wedge and cherry for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Shake the ingredients with cracked ice. Strain and pour into a cocktail.

P.A.S.S.

INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
3 oz. Korbel Brut Champagne
1 oz. cassis

DIRECTIONS:
Pour the vodka, grapefruit juice and champagne directly into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Pour the cassis generously over the ice cubes. Garnish with a blackberry.

Manhattan

INGREDIENTS:
1.25 oz. Crown Royal
0.5 oz. sweet vermouth
3 dashes of bitters
1 cherry

DIRECTIONS:
Stir ingredients in shaker and strain. Serve in a martini glass.

Ultimate Margarita

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Jose Cuervo Tequila
1 oz. Grand Marnier Liqueur
0.75 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
Lime wedge for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Rub rim of a chilled margarita glass with 1/2 a lime. Dip into salt to coat. Shake ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain and pour into margarita glass.
